Mrs. Ora Mae Dennis Bridges

Ora Mae Dennis Bridges, 79, widow of Lemmie D. Bridges Jr., passed away Monday, September 11 in Lexington, KY. Born September 23, 1943 in Clark County, she was the daughter of the late R.J. and Marie Means Dennis. Ora was a member of the Bread of Life Assembly of God in Lexington, KY and retired in Housekeeping Supervisor Management. Left to cherish her memory are her three daughters, Sandra Bridges, Greta (Keith) Cole and Christy Holloway; two granddaughters and four grandsons; fourteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two brothers and four sisters; a brother-in-law and his wife and an abundance of nieces and nephews. Along with her husband of 55 years and parents she was preceded in death by a child and three siblings. Funeral services for Mrs. Bridges will be 2PM Wednesday, September 20 at Kerr Brothers-Harrodsburg Rd. with Pastor David Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens in Nicholasville, KY. Visitation will be 12PM till the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
