Betty Jo Bond Bryant
BRYANT, Betty Jo Bond, 78, mother of Leslie Bryant and the late Lance Bryant, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2010. She was the only child of William and Garnie Bond, and the former wife of Lester Bryant, daughter-in-law of Lester and Pearl Bryant. We will cherish our memories of her as a dancer, a pianist, an artist, a vamp, an activist, a gardener, a decorator and a wonderful cook. She was always ready with a funny story or a compassionate ear. She could entertain 30 guests at the drop of a hat, or go tent-camping for a month at a time, and was equally comfortable with both. We will miss her. A special thank you to her angels Patsy Atwell, Linda Brooks and Marty Wilson, who provided loving care selflessly. A memorial visitation for family and friends will be 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd. Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
