Maria Teresa Romero Crane
CRANE, Maria Teresa Romero, 63, of Lexington, wife of Alvaro Crane, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2009 at her residence. Born in Bogota`, Colombia, she was the daughter of the late Manuel Ignacio and Alicia Tapias Romero. Maria was a nurse and a member of Cathedral of Christ the King Catholic Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by; a daughter, Ana (B.G.) Crane-Simpson of Lexington; two sons, Moro and Michael Crane both of Lexington; two sisters, Beatriz Artime of Miami, FL and Graciela de Rojas of Bogota`, Colombia; and two grandchildren, Braedyn and Jazmin Simpson, both of Lexington. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Florida. Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Main St. is in charge of arrangements.
