Philip D. Rowe
Philip D. Rowe, 71, of Lexington, passed away Monday, June 6, 2022 at his home. He was born February 19, 1951 in Lexington to the late James Garfield and Clara Cook Rowe. Philip was a retired teacher from the Fayette County Board of Education. He was a member of M.A.D.D, NAMI, and the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association. He is survived by his sister, Pamela (Tom) Holbrook; his niece, Heather (Ronnie) Lainhart; and great nephew, Xander. Services were private. Kerr Brothers-Harrodsburg Road was in charge of arrangements.
